They are the calves of your arms. Unless you hit the genetic lottery on those it just takes time. Keep building the weight it will take alot of time for those.

I'm 6'4 175, I've been sitting on my ass playing games since 6th grade, moved to rural country and everyone was either dying of age or a nigger, no friends lived a bike ride away anymore. Upper body is progressing steadily, legs are hurting, specifically hips. Been stretching as much as possible.

I like them because the backs of my legs are looking juicy, but I come close to passing out after every set, and I don't know why. Usually 5-10 seconds of seeing stars and being unable to hear, and I'll have to hold on to the machine for a minute
