OHP
Glute Ham Raise
Abs
OHP. I still use dumbbells because I feel like I am going to die if I do it with a bar.
>>36546742
fucking bicep curls
not only are they boring, but biceps only seem to respond to like 15 fucking sets.
KILL ME
P-p-p... Planks, fampai :(
>Bumbell flies
>>36546742
Overhead squats.
My traps and shoulders and triceps are too weak...
anything hamstrings
Power cleans.
I always miss the last rep of my second-to-last set.
It's probably psychological.
Damn most of us hate OHP, what's the average weight to start OHP?
I tried 50lbs at a friends house and i could only do 15 reps (cardioboner)
>>36546742
>calf raises
Grow damnit
Is there like any other mid-delt exercise?
>>36547130
Try skipping, has worked a treat for my calves
>>36547061
Maybe you should stop injecting estrogen then, you fucking freak.
>>36547155
OHP
DB OHP
BTN OHP (can cause injury if you don't have enough mobility)
Incline Bench (higher inclinations)
Facepulls
Rear Flys
Incline Lateral Raises
DB Raises
Upright Row (can cause rotator cuff injury)
Widegrip Upright Row (can cause rotator cuff injury)
etc etc
>>36547237
And this is the person trying to tell you fitness advice on /fit/
You should just off yourself
OHP.
Mostly because the only two power racks in my gym are being hogged by a hipster faggot and three 17 year beaners.
What the fuck do I do.
>>36547221
He feeds off our attention, just ignore him
>>36547237
So front Delt and rear delt exercises that secondarily hit the medial. Or snap-city shortcuts
OHP is my favourite lift. Though I'm only doing 60kg x 5.
Squats are my most hated, just because they make me feel weak and light headed after each set.
>>36547257
Well, strictly speaking you don't need a rack to OHP. You're just limited to pressing what you can clean.
Facepulls. I have a hard time standing my ground and I always end up pulling myself forward instead of the weight backwards.
Pull day in general kinda sucks butt.

>>36547732
Are you chicken leg mode? My lifts are shit I'm not judging, just curious
>>36547755
Yea. Been lifting a year and just started squating and deadlifting 3 months ago. Been making good progress tho.
DL... i'm just afraid...
>>36547826
This, I never know what my max rep is because of fear of Snap City.
>>36547874
as long as your back doesn't look like a cat arching it's back you're fine
>>36547247
shut the fuck up, it's good advice anyway
at least he's trying to be useful to other people, you narcissistic piece of garbage
>>36548032
>behind the neck anything
>good advice
And you whiteknight for a dyel trap. Jesus.
>>36548155
>he warns about injuries in each exercise
>don't even into traps, they disgust me a little
keep memeing faggot, the whiteknight bullshit is all I read as an excuse for being a fucking self-centered piece of shit who doesn't even bother to correct the "bad" advice other people give
maybe you should consider ending your useless existence?
>>36547874
Do you know what's scarier than a 1 rm? 1 rm after recovering from back injury. The thought of fucking your shit up even harder always lingers while you lift. The mental damage is almost worse than the physical.
>>36546742
surprised so many people dont like OHPs. I love them.
No one here posts hating wrist curls? so boring.
>>36546742

>Barbell flies
>>36548524
It felt the same way and I found that everything that isn't near perfect form just feels awkward. Once it's perfect though, it feels amazing. Almost like a robot performing the same mechanical movement over and over. It's my favorite lift now.
>>36548471
Squats are my enemy. Weak hips. Tall and lanky. They're honestly affecting my deadlifts too. OHP is one of my better lifts rofl
>>36548570
im built like a beefy fuck so squats deadlifts are easier for me than most. bench was actually the most difficult for me starting
>>36547021
just do the bar at first
>>36548471
I hate those mostly because I have to do like 80 fuckin reps or else it feels like my arms are gonna break. How do I progress on those???
>>36548716
They are the calves of your arms. Unless you hit the genetic lottery on those it just takes time. Keep building the weight it will take alot of time for those.
Can't deadlift cause of fucked posture
facepulls make my collarbone feel like theyre gonna pop out, any help?
>>36548596
I'm 6'4 175, I've been sitting on my ass playing games since 6th grade, moved to rural country and everyone was either dying of age or a nigger, no friends lived a bike ride away anymore. Upper body is progressing steadily, legs are hurting, specifically hips. Been stretching as much as possible.
>>36546825
Ayy same senpai. Even with the assisted squats machine it just doesn't feel comfortable and makes me feel like a moron.
>>36548471
I like wrist curls because
>dat forearm pump that lasts for 24 hours
>dat test of endurance
>getting to scream/grunt because I do them last and the gym is usually empty by then
Only problem if that the knurling will fuck up your hands, so I think it's excusable to use gloves for wrist curls.
>>36548716
Same. Do them with you palms down and lift up and it burns like a bitch.
Hamstring curls
I like them because the backs of my legs are looking juicy, but I come close to passing out after every set, and I don't know why. Usually 5-10 seconds of seeing stars and being unable to hear, and I'll have to hold on to the machine for a minute
