Just started a new job unloading trucks for 12 hours last night and it kicked my ass. I start again in 2 hours. I'm already loading up on carbs now and plan on drinking a protein shake before I leave. Anything else I can do to help me survive this job? Pic not related

I'm 6'2" 170 lbs. I don't think drugs that are going to increase my heart rate and curb my appetite will help.

Just eat loads and sleep as much as you can. Also drink plenty of water throughout your shift.
eat slow good carbs and good fat before job.
Like oats, avocado and nuts.
