All I want is a bacon burger and fries from Shake Shack w/ pic related as dessert

This sucks fit. It's like during the week I'm fine at cutting and not going over my calories but as soon as the weekend hits it all goes to shit. This week I did really well but right now I'm just craving a burger, some fries, and red velvet cheesecake.
How do you deal with super bad cravings

Just take one day, don't eat anything else, have it then reduce your calories slightly over the following 7 days to make up for it.

Browse the fat hate thread or watch some videos from my 600lb life and similar shows.
Watch people who have no discipline and what it's gotten them.
All else fails, watch some videos of cysts and pimples being popped.

Just eat so much broc and chicken you make yourself miserably full. That's what I do and it usually eliminates the cravings.

My family went to church k stayed behind so like for food I've either got to go get some or wait till I go to a family friends house that cooked
