All I want is a bacon burger and fries from Shake Shack w/ pic related as dessert

This sucks fit. It's like during the week I'm fine at cutting and not going over my calories but as soon as the weekend hits it all goes to shit. This week I did really well but right now I'm just craving a burger, some fries, and red velvet cheesecake.

How do you deal with super bad cravings

My family went to church k stayed behind so like for food I've either got to go get some or wait till I go to a family friends house that cooked
