After spending last year getting my training perfected, I've decided to perfect my diet, starting with the hardest part, a cut. I'm doing IF, 1800 calories a day, 20C/50P/30F. I still have 46g carbs left, 71g protein left to hit my target, and about 500 calories. What can I use? Preferably high protein and as low carb as possible

You could stuff yourself w chicken breasts, or cod or similar things. Also tuna or salmon if you want some fat too.

Something different than fish and chicken, but still equally high in protein w little carbs could be a mostly egg white omelette. Mix in a yellow or two three whites, and whatever veggies lean meant, or even a little cheese too
