Hey fit, I have a barbell, plates with 40 kg total weight (can buy more plates), pull up bar and dip bars. I only have no rack, but I easily can make something like picrelated.
Does it make sense to do something like squats 5x5, dips 3xf, chin ups 3xf three times a week? Or is it much more better to go to real gym with tons of dumbbells, machines etc.?

throw in some rows, deadlifts, and if you can afford a bench, you could manage some bench work assuming the rack you have would be safe to have that type of set up.

You should buy a power rack and boom, home gym.

It's my plan to just get a squat stand w/ dip attachment, a nice bar, and some plates. Already have some bands I can choke around the uprights for face pulls and stuff.
Squat m/t/r/f
Weighted dips, face pulls, side raises w/ plates M/R
Yates rows, shrugs, curls T/F
Got my squat over 500 with daily squatting. Weighted dips are the best pressing exercise if you can handle them.

if youre gonna build a half rack and buy more weights, you should build this and just do SS

Improvise a dips belt and load those and whatever pull-up you're doing. Going to failure is stupid.
