I plan on cycling 10-15 miles for two weeks with ankle weights to strengthen my quads .What ankle weights would you guys suggest or is it just a waste of time?
Waste of time. The ankle weights actually make it easier to cycle, as they help push the pedals.

What the hell are you even thinking? Just do hill repeats at a low cadence (70rpm), your quads will get plenty of work.
While running? Are them gonna helped or not?
