>Small, with normal ceiling instead of one that is super high, so it feels nicer, and not just a huge shitty warehouse
>2 individual bathrooms with single showers, soap/shampoo dispensers, towel rail etc
>don't have to share shower rooms
>two power cages
>never has any lines to wait for equipment or anything
>posters on the walls asking for suggestions on how to make it better
