Generally yes. Chains or reverse bands would also work. Boards are also an option but are kind of a pain without spotters. Gear just has too much of a learning curve for it to be all that efficient for most raw lifters.

Lower back rounding is acceptable and is competition-legal.

But it's not the best for your spinal health in the long run, so try to avoid it for the most part.

Your back looks fine in the webm though, very small degree of flexion, nothing to worry about.

I'd say you can try to contract your lats a little bit better, but your deadlift looks fine overall.

If it's not your goal to get stronger on the OHP, then yes, obviously.
You should still do it once in a while (you can use dumbbells if you want), but you're not obligated to try to push for heavier OHP numbers at all if it's not your goal.

I advocate using the lateral raises (+bench) to increase your OHP. As an assistance exercise.
I'm not sure you'll be able to progress as you expect if you drop the OHP and use the lateral raise as the main exercise. I mean, you might, but I wouldn't expect it.

However, if you keep benching heavier and heavier, and doing lateral raises, your OHP is gonna go up for sure as the muscles involved in it are getting stronger from the other exercises.
But if you want to increase your OHP, you shouldn't drop it as a main lift.

You don't need the OHP for strong shoulders. Lateral Raises + bench + chinups should be enough.
But you need to OHP (for the most part) in order to get stronger at the OHP.

Ok, so you bench 3pl8, so you have experience with straightening your arms, so that's good.
You can also do lat raises above your head, so you do have experience lifting things over your head, which is good.
The problem comes is when we start to consider your chin up strength. As you know, OHP is all about moving your arms up relative to your head. With chins, you are moving your arms down relative to your head, so strength in that movement pattern is going to work against you, because it is the opposite of what you want.
Luckily for you, you are able to bench 3pl8, which of course is actually 6 plates, and you can do lat raises with 1 plate in each hand, so 2 plates total. I'll add those up to be 8 plates. You said that you can do 1pl8 chins for 10, so that translates to -10pl8 OHP strength.
So based on some pretty simple math, I would say you could OHP the bar with 2pl8 worth of reverse bands.

It looks okay to me.
If you're doing bench and OHP PR attempts in the same day, the OHP can end up suffering fatigue and perform worse. Most people prefer to alternate with vBench+iOHP / iBench+vOHP or something.
You can also do the same thing for the squat and deadlift, as in vSquat+iDL / iSquat+vDL

But some people like the v+v/i+i scheme. Personal preference, I guess.

I'd probably leave the pullups out of mon and thur, but since it's bodyweight I don't think it's gonna end up mattering much.

Honestly, the routine looks okay. Try it for yourself and see how it works for you, then change things around based on your performance and progression.
At this point there's no cookie cutter routine or solution. Every lifter responds to training and handles volume/intensity/recovery differently. So adapt things as you go on.

If so, point your toes out and shove your knees out when you squat. Increasing your stance width a bit might help as well.
If you're doing lowbar, focus on "sitting back".
Work on your hip mobility before/after the workout, and stretch your hip flexors, glutes and hamstrings often during the day or before bed.

The fact that they hurt during the sumo deadlift might indicate that the hip flexors are currently inflamed or strained. Try using some ice and topical antiinflammatory if needed, and let it rest for a few days without straining them again.

Make sure you're warming up properly before your squats and doing enough warmup sets.

Go to strengtheory and get the 28 free programs and take a look. most of the int/adv programs are designed in four week blocks, good for post-TM.

How much would I have to lower my workset if I test my squat 1RM before I do my set? I want to have a feel of my current 1RM before I test it for real in week 6 (currently week 4 on monday)

Pain in that area can be caused by a huge variety of things, and I haven't seen a video of you squatting or haven't tested your mobility and your pain, so I'm speculating of course. But from my experience handling people with hip pain, opening up the feet a bit more and shoving the knees out (when going down) fixes half the cases by itself. So don't neglect this.

This is because the pain and the inflammation might be caused by your tendons getting impinged, and not just because of straining due to lack of mobility.

I haven't tested my max since I maxed 3pl8s. All I have is an estimated 1RM and I want to actually try it to see if it feels easy or if I can barely do it so I can accuratly go for my true max in week 6

They are usually 4 week cycles based of AMRAP sets. This works well for bench, but doing AMRAP squats is CANCER. Deadlifts aren't usually AMRAP for intermediate and above programs AFAIK. They are high volume but they are fun.

I did 4x5 deadlifts @ 80%, then 6x3 @ 60% then 3x10 rows and I was destroyed but it was fun and felt good. This may be because I recently started doing touch and go though.

The squat programs seem to have a focus on front squats and I dislike that.

Deadlifts for sure. Sumo was causing me some nasty hip pain because I was being dumb and assumed that if I COULD go max width, I SHOULD go max width.

I've actually tried to bulk to 50kg multiple times.
Currently trying to at least reach 48kg. But I'm terrible at it, I have classes from 7am to 6pm so I end up skipping a lot of meals and not eating properly.

More or less 9ng/dl. It varies, I'm usually around 5-9ng/dl.
Normal women stay within 30-90ng/dl.

I've been thinking of increasing it a bit to see how it affects training, but it's something I'm a bit reluctant about, and I'll have to talk through with my doctor first.

I'm somehow liking them all right now. Even though squats are being stubborn as fuck and I got kicked off beginner programming early for them. I understand the sumo feel though. I was messing around when I was stretching and I went to the maximum width I possibly could, and after miming a sumo pull, my hip started to hurt and the pain didn't go away until the next day. Don't think I'll ever really go back to conventional though. It never felt as natural as sumo feels now.
