That's just silly, anon. Muscle is muscle. It looks the same on everyone. If you gain muscle in your glutes and around your hips then it will push the fat outward just like it would on a girl.
That's how you get feminine with a masculine bone structure. If you have a masculine bone structure and you get skinny all that's going to happen is you're going to highlight that masculine bone structure even more.

Hips and shoulders 99% of the time can't actually be used for gender identification. Skulls are primarily used for gender identification due to very slight differences in muscle attachments, shape of the brow, dropping angle of the jaw etc.

While that is true, it's misleading. Being underweight will make your male features less apparent, so even if it doesn't make you look like a girl, it'll help you in getting closer to that goal.
Like, you have male features that you need to hide (or at least make less visible) so that you can pull off that look. You need less fat so that they become smaller, this also means you'll get to use different kinds of clothing that will also draw attention away from them. If you're swole/fat you'll look like a guy regardless of your clothing, but if you're underweight you can wear clothing that will effectively disguise you.
Additionally, being small is also a feminine trait, so becoming smaller also helps.
Men in real life are not 2d animu traps that get to cheat and have perfect female skeleton and female fat distribution.

Put on a dress, patting in the right places and some make up and you're there. The male fat distribution is less of a problem when you're underweight, and the female distribution can be faked very easily from that stage.

The first thing you have to do is waste away - literally. We're talking a low calorie diet with low protein and extended LISS, so I hope you like cardio.
Something like 800 calories - maximum 20 grams of protein, the rest of your calories from carbohydrates and fats.
As this is a fetish rather than a lifestyle, don't fuck around with HRT. Instead, cut out all saturated fat and zinc to disrupt testosterone production and prioritize soy as your protein source. The best thing you could is get your protein entirely from soy milk.
Then you jog for hours. Your body will catabolize your muscle to feed itself during your fast. After a few months of this you'll be slim and svelte - losing the masculine definition of your arms. Then you've got to turn it around and bulk on soy milk. GOSAD - a gallon of soy milk a day. Again, no saturated fats, no zinc.
Continue with your cardio and do a glute focused routine - you can get the specifics once you've cut down. At this point you want to get chubby - with a lifting routine focusing entirely on your ass combined with the phytoestrogen found in the massive amount of soy you're drinking that will prioritize fat storage in your ass in hips.
