Stiff leg deadlifts for hamstrings. Lunges are good. Take short steps for quads, long steps for hamstrings and glutes. Kneeling squats are good for quads.

I'll just dump all the ones you might not know, Bulgarian split squats, lunges, reverse lunges, good mornings, stiff legged Deadlift, glute bridge, front squat ( I don't think you're dumb just making i dont miss God tier lifts), barbell step ups might work,.
That's about all I can remember and spout atm.

Oh yea also if you somehow do reverse hypers (on your bench and barbell maybe), it will give you good glue and hams, and the best thing is that they decompress the lower back so they relieve soreness and help prevent lower back injuries.

Quads:
Front squat
Hack squat (elevating heels, start light, try to stay upright as fuck)
Lunges with a short stride
Step ups

Glutes:
Sumo deadlift
Sumo sldl
Hip thrust
Long stride lunges
RDL
Good morning
Squats of all kinds

Calves:
standing barbell
One leg
Some other shit, calves are basically the one muscle group that is limited by no machines since you can only do gastroc exercises, and no soleus (front of calf) exercises like seated. Still good enough for much people, will do good for ankle stabilizers and stuff doing it free weight.
