Is sucralose really safer than aspartame? I've been trying to implement more low-calorie foods into my diet like light yogurt, but there's so much bogus out there on both sides that it's hard to know the truth.

Aspartame isn't bad.

Literally neither is bad for you at the levels you will be ingesting them. All the studies that show small increases in probability of cancer require the g/kg(bw) to be far above what any person would be eating. Honestly, as long as you're not free basing diet coke you shouldn't worry about it.

No, it's more chemical shit. For what it's worth if I use it, it makes me ravenously hungry for DAYS afterwards, so I never use it anymore.

Try Stevia, it's natural and has no side effects whatsoever, been used for thousands of years.

Lying Monsanto cuck detected. Disregard this faggot.

Aspartame is just some sort of complexed form of Aspartic acid. I don't believe the hype that it's really that bad for you.

Either way, Splenda/Sucralose tastes way better. I used to buy the giant bags of it and use it in everything instead of sugar. It's some badass shit.

Jesus christ maybe get off your sugar addiction instead? Same goes for OP, you just need to get used to eating food that doesn't taste like candy.

>He said Aspartame isn't bad
>Quick, call him a cuck!

35 Health organizations around the world, including the FDA, disagree with you. In fact, pure sugar has been proven to be carcinogenic if not eaten in moderation. In other words

>Aspartame: Educated people say no cancer. Ignorant bro-momscience says it does.

>Real sugar: Educated say cause cancer. Ignorant bro-momscience say it doesn't.

there a aspartame in literally everything thats low calorie

if it was bad for you it wouldnt be there

daily reminder that you can get cancer from anything, just being alive can cause cancer

>"There is no such thing as a sugar substitute that is not carcinogenic or does not mess with your hormones. From saccharin to stevia, none of them are good for you. Asking which one is less harmful is like asking which disease would be better for you."
