Sup fit
I have a lazy ass dog and want him to get fit. He basically just lies all day and eats his food, doesn't run or do any exercise or any other stuff that dogs are supposed to do.
Which exercises should he do, so he gets more muscular? I tried tying microplates around his legs, but he doesn't want to have any of it.
I tried putting protein powder in his water, but he barely drinks it. Does 1 g per 1 lbs apply for dogs too? Any other nutrition tips? Should I feed him creatine?
