I've been doing 5/3/1 for almost a year now and seeing as i have more time during the week i want to move to PPL. I want to keep it simple. You guys who do PPL, what, in your experience, is a good routine to run?
I'm thinking:
PUSH:
>bench 3x5
>machine press 3x12
>cable flys 3x10
>OHP 3x5
>OHP 3x12
>lat raise 3x12
PULL:
>DL 3x5
>rows 3x10
>Barbell curls 3x10
>21s 2x21
>(maybe pulldowns 3x10)
LEGS:
>squats 3x8
>leg press 5x10
