Recovering fatass here, just weighed in yesterday at 276lbs at 30% body fat. Was 330 last year at 50%. This is the first time Ive been under 280 since I was 17, im 23 now.

Uses small fucking muscles and not a lot of them.

Microloading and eventually variations (push press/DB press) are a key to progress in it, but OHP (at least to me) is rewarding as no other lift is.
