Life is suffering

It's normal. Fatigue got to you. Take a deload week.

I suppose I ought to, the session before last I was could barely do my Squat warmup.
Is it worth looking at Rippetoe's Advanced Novice program if I (just about) qualify as intermediate on the strength standards site?
Or should I just eat more?
I'm only about 5/6 (somewhere over a month) weeks into SS, but my Squat is becoming a hassle.

Depends. Are you lean and keep stalling? Try eating more first. Are you chubby and keep stalling? Consider another program.

I'm somewhere between lean and skinnyfat, I can't really tell due to /fit/caused dysmorphia.
I don't mind getting fatter tho, so I'll chuck another 100 onto my surplus.

100 won't hurt. Just don't do anything stupid like a 1000. If you are around that memetic 1/2/3/4 you should probably consider changing up your program. LP can only last so long.

Nah I'm not near there lol.
According to the strength standards that would be "proficient/late intermediate" for me.
But I'm not really heading for specific meme numbers, I'm just gonna run SS till it stalls completely, then try advanced novice for a bit, cut but try to keep my strength, then bulk again for Texas.

Story of my life. The post.
Also, I noticed I press better when I miss a workout. (I press weekly one or two times, alternatively.)

It seems my shoulders are the first to atrophy when i'm ill, I had a week off and it took 5kg off my press
