This is easy peasy anon. Stop drinking milk and eat more vegetables. Potatoes are especially good because they're low calorie, but scientifically proven to be very filling. You're in the position I wish I was anon. I'd love to cut and be able to focus on the quality and healthfulness of my food, but i can't because i have to focus on bulking :(
