I have only just joined a real gym and started BB work hence the JUST-tier Squat and Deadlift. Before that I was in my apt gym benching, pressing, rowing, curling etc with DBs plus chin-ups and some machine work like hamstring curl and lat pulldown.

Key to success is to get to low bf% and then work your way up dudes. Only then your gains show. Pic related is my phyisque. If you want to look like a wide hipped estrogen dumpster like me then bulk forever. If not then lose that fucking excess weight before you even think of bulking.

I squat every workout.

My form has just been kek tier and my hip has been fucked every time i go heavy due to a mixture of shitty proportions and lack of anyone to show me how to squat properly (i have mainly learned from youtube tutorials). The highest 5x5 ive ever been is 112.5kg. Pic related is my lanket limb length. I seriously envy people who can squat well. I would trade my bench in an instant for a 3pl8 squat. Im finally on track now, my problem has been that i put almost all of the weight on my left hip/leg and let my right knee collapse inward. Finally correcting it and its a good feel.

you're just a beginner dude. Make sure your form is solid and learn to activate the right muscles when doing each movements. As you progress and improve your muscle activation will become more precise and you'll learn to become more efficient at your movements. But seriously, dont underestimate how important form is in your beginner phase. Its the difference between lifting for 2 years and hitting a 500lb deadlift and lifting for 2 years and snapping your shit doing a 300lb deadlift.

Strong press technique/bad bench technique, or some secondary weakness that shows up more on bench than when pressing (frex, one of the lifters I train with has a fucked wrist and loses a lot of bench strength to it cocking back under load which for some reason doesn't happen when pressing).

I should definitely squat more based on my deadlift. I didn't like it in the beginning, so I didn't train it well at all.

My gym only has hex plates so deadlifting is very hard. It doesn't help that I always seem to forget how to deadlift and try to lift it like I'm doing a clean. Was adding weight when I started eating less almost 3 months ago but now progress has stalled on almost everything. 20 more lbs to go until I can start eating enough to make gains ;_;

A Day: weighted pull ups, skullcrushers, ab rolls/weighted planks

B Day: close grip bench, pull ups, ab rolls/weighted planks

Sometimes i just skip accessories altogether and just do compounds

For the squat it was essentially just a matter of learning to force my knees out and activate my right hip flexor (the side that collapses in) in order to correct the imbalance. Also learning hip drive out of the hole helped me utilize my posterior chain, making it easier to force my hips and knees because they arent taking 99% of the load now. Also buying weightlifting shoes prevented me from falling forward too much and doing stuff like hip circles before squatting might have increased my mobility marginally. It took a long fucking time and a lot of weight resets to get right and even now its not perfect. Just record yourself from the side and behind and commit to working at whatever you can see wrong with your squat.

I've been in the process of fixing the proportions of my numbers over the last two months. I used to have squats and diddys at around 2 pl8, bench at 115lb, and ohp at about 65lb. Total legasaurus. Stopped doing squats and focusing on upper body. Tested all my lifts recently:

Bench: 160 3x5
Squat: 260 3x5
Diddy: 270 1x3
OHP: 95 3x8

I thought it was hilarious that my squat went up so high even though i hadn't done any. Them diddys hit them quads more than you think they do.
