I am 5" and 136lbs
My goal is to lose 26lbs
My plan is 500 calories a day and walking around for an hour. I lost 13lbs so far and I do plan on starting to work out when I reach my goal weight because right now I don't really have much energy to work out
How good/bad is my plan? Please no pseudo science
Tips and advices very welcome
