If your lifts aren't going down on a cut, is it safe to say that you aren't losing any muscle?
Would it be a good idea to go down 100 calories more a day each workout to see exactly the point where your lifts are gonna suffer.

At some point your lifts will start to suffer because you're not eating anything rather than because you're losing muscle mass.

lmao poorfag wagies mad as he*ck
>>36522695
Yeah, but won't you start losing muscle before you eat so little that you have no energy?
>>36522302
Your gym is so aesthetically pleasing. So symmetrical.
Good job anon.
>>36522302
How do those fancy racks you got there work?
Can you do bench press and squats in them?
>>36522780
they are wall mounted fold up power racks you fucking spastic cunt. How poor are you
>>36523440
looks like they flip out from the wall

It doesn't flip out. They're half racks. The hooks are adjustable and there are detachable safety bars.
The long pole up top is for chins and pull ups.
>all that awesome aesthetic equipment
>flat unadjustable bench

Minimalist benches are the most aesthetic.
>>36522302
Muscle deterioration is way over exaggerated. Chances are, you're fine. As a previous Anon said, your lifts may go down because you aren't eating enough, but they will rebound hardcore once you eat normal again.

It looks like they do: there's no room to rack the bar and put weight on the bar. Also, if the rack flips out of the wall, it lands on the floor.

my fucking dick

This is what I did on DNP. I ended up maintaining my lifts on around 1200 kcal, 750mg a day. Go for it.

How are you going to load a racked barbell with it flush against the wall?

> lifts will start to suffer
I need some clarification. Suffer as in stagnant, or reduced strength (e.g. lower weights).
And also, someone teach me English. Is stagnant the right word to use?

Stagnate
>isn't his gym, says its his gym
