>making steady progress on every part of the body
>arms still skinny as fuck, even though strength increases
Anyone know that feel?
I did.
Arms only finally started growing after i decided to add at least two bicep building exercises (hammer curls and bicep curl variations) and eat more.

close grip bench presses
dumbbell supinated curls
incline hammer curls
lateral raises
get it done.
>arms making steady progress
>upper arms gettin swole
>forearms gettin swole
>wrists still skin and bone
>mother and brother both share this
Is it genetic or can it be worked larger?

>close grip bench presses
but thats for chest

sure, but it's for triceps too.
I know that feel. From the side my arms look pretty big, mostly because of my triceps which grows with ease. But from the front my arms look like regular non-lifting arms because my biceps refuse to grow no matter what. I always do 2-3 bicep excersises two times a week. It doesn't help that my biceps are really short too.
Anyone know some sort of secret? For most guys it seems that the biceps just balloons up after doing a few curls here and there.

>implying cgbp isn't tricep dominant
as long as you ain't doing some faggy brosplit, fucking throw it in there shitlord

Wrist circumference is genetic - it's all tendons and bone and shit. Wrist curls can give you MAYBE a half inch on circumference after months and months of blasting them.
Arnold espoused the aesthetic benefit of slim wrists - the smaller your wrists the more your forearms pop.

My wrists are literally skeleton lord mode
My bones bulge from them and my huge hands make them look even smaller by comparison
For fuck's sake my 14 year old cousin has bigger wrists than me and it makes me feel weak even though I can load my bar to his bodyweight and throw it in any direction
How to grow triceps? idc too much for bis and my tris wont grow.

I thought the farther you held the bar the more it focused on the chest...
