You need to look into doing a full body routine so you can squat more and fix your imbalances, because you have a pretty serious one if you can almost bench as much as you squat.

As long as you are progressing that is what matters. If your maxing out at 5x5 that is pretty bad, I would recommend lowering to 3x5 and go heavier, but if your on a novice training phase, just keep working at it and adding weight.

Don't kid yourself though. 315 is at least 60-70 percentile for lifters, it's not like its a common thing to see a full ROM good form squat w/3 plates.

I've seen soccer players pull 220 first time in the gym, so 315 for rugby players doesn't seem too farfetched.

It's pretty hard to keep lifting eventhough I see many people making way better progress than me, eventhough I'm working out more and longer than they.
Makes me feel angry, but it also humbles me.
