How much fiber do you eat per day, /fit/? How much is too much? I've eaten over 81g today, sometimes I eat more
My dinner alone has 45g. My lunch had a lot of lentils and my breakfast had a lot of oats. I had an apple and about 400 calories of nuts too

whats your average farts/10min?
i'm at about 3 right now on 40g so I can't imagine the perpetual cloud of fart that you sit and stand in on a day-to-day basis.

I don't fart very often. I get farting storms every couple of days where my farts/10min will hit 20+ and each one smells different
