The sticky says I should be eating whole grain cereals, but I've seen seen /fit/ call even Special K cancer.
So
Red pill me on cereal, /fit/.
What brands are good/bad for you? Obviously shit like frosted flakes and lucky charms are garbage, but how's pic related, for instance?

My breakfast typically consists of cereal, Greek yogurt with fruit, or oatmeal, with slight variations.

if you jhave it can you post that one oats recipe with the frozen rasberries?
Kashi is good, Fiber One is good, Cheerios are bretty good, honestly any actual grain based non-child marketed cereal is a decent addition to a diet in pure macro and micro terms
nothing is going to beat actual whole grain oats though and there's no way around it

Best cold cereal, take your normal oats & make homemade granola. Its easier than it sounds, and you can eat your oats but still have that cereal feel AND know exactly whats in it. Look up recipes online, but here's what I do:
> 3 c rolled oats
> 1 c mixed nuts and seeds (I like pecans and shelled sunflower seeds)
> 1/2 c dried fruit (optional, or better yet just eat with fresh fruit)
> 1/3-1/2 c coconut oil
> honey & spices to taste (try cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, or even sweet and salty)
Mix oats, spices & oil. Spread on baking sheet 350 for 7-10. Mix in nuts & fruit. Bake another 7-10 until golden and crispy.
