I'm trying to lose weight and yesterday I had dounuts and an excessive amount of carbs - vastly exceeding my TDEE.
Keep going and either your fuck up will motivate you more, or you're not dedicated enough. Or you could also eat like an extra 100-200 calories less per day until you make up for the excess calories you took in.

You underestimate how much I hate myself.
I only lift so I can eat like a hog. I never do cardio. Im a lot stronger than before but I still look like shit. I promised I would cut before summer before I haven't started because I don't want to lose my strength. I've basically become the out of shape powerlifter meme.
