Bench started to explode since upping the frequency to 3 times.

300lb bench last week, 180x3 OHP a few months ago.

Tried for 310 yesterday (end of Sheiko) and failed. Time to lose some weight now and start a new round of Sheiko in August.

I was doing 5/3/1 on a TM program up to 285ish and I really plateaued for like 6 months (also had some weird sternum/far right of right bicep pain).

Then I did 39/31/32 Sheiko and I put up 300 with no real problem while healing up my injury (39 was pretty relaxed). I think I overreached on 310 on a bad day, pretty sure I could have done 305 no problem.
