It's about 3/4 c. uncooked. The rice cooker is definitely a keeper, but I'm gonna have to avoid using the presets because it only does a minute countdown once it reaches 12 minutes, which isn't enough to steam most veggies.

Pretty much. I drained the pan before adding the sauce so that it wouldn't become watered down, but that's all it takes. Though most stir-fried dishes don't take as long

I just reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup, added a cornstarch and water mixture during the last 5 minutes of simmering, upped the red pepper, and used chicken thigh instead of breast since I think it holds up to the simmering better.
