A wants to lose exactly 2 pounds.
A will not be lifting or doing cardio; A will rely solely on caloric manipulation.
A wants to retain as much muscle as possible such that mostly fat is targeted through the lost weight.
Would PSMF be the best in this case? As in cut the calories down by a lot but have mostly protein and some fats and carbs?
