I haven't squatted heavy this year.
The heaviest I did was a 180kg squat two weeks ago as part of an over-warm-up for my 20rep sets of 240-225.
So 4-5pl8s I guess.

I can only squat lmao1pl8. I was up to 165 at one point but I'm on a massive cut and have lost some ground.
Strangely though, ONLY my squat has actually gone down. Still holding steady on the other three big ones.
Also, tfw my squat max is the same as my bench warm-up weight.

Last time I squatted 55kg. But my form was shit, I leaned to the front when getting really low. In the end my knees hurt for about two weeks.
Next week, I'll deload and try to fix my squat. I barely can go to parallel without leaning forward. Man I just started and feel like I failed already...
