I run 5km in about 23min, but I'm trying to do it in less than 20min for the last months and I can't, so I'm clearly doing it wrong!
How can I improve?
Also, after I reach a sub-20min 5km, I'm gonna switch for 100 or 400m sprints

we all jog it if you want to get specific

Squatting 242 for a set of 20 gives the same feeling, only you don't have to run as long to get it.
Also, if you keep that up, you'll need to run 15-16k, it'll take 50-60 minutes and the feeling will still be the same.
Running is a huge waste of time once you get good at it.

Just did my first day today out of all the 5K program. 3.34km in 30 mins. I still feel pretty good for managing it in the first place but I'm curious as to how I'm doing? Is it a bad first day?
