This is a recipe I stole and tweaked. Calculated nutrition info based on the brands I had at home.
Keep in mind, this is using Australian tablespoons (20mls, not the American 15mls). Tastes pretty good if you use chocolate protein powder. Add all this stuff in a bowl and mix, shape into 12 even bars. Knock yourself out
