I'm on the sixth week of Candito's linear program and stalling on my squat.
Don't know if it's fatigue setting in or just my recent switch to vegan diet.
Will deloading help?

It took me a month to get used to the vegan diet. You will have to learn how to get the macros your body likes. Takes a while until you instinctively eat the right foods, because you are probably still learning what you can eat.
I was shitting all the time too, but that also normalises.
I'm 3 months in now and my recovery is far better than before and I feel strong again. Just takes time, it's a big change for your body.

You gotta make sure you're getting the proteins as right macros. If you got all that fixed it can't be your vegan diet.
