Hey /fit, I've been making some good progress the last couple of months. Broke out of auschwitz by force feeding myself until i got every meal in.
Gained 7kg thus far. About 1.5kg a month.
Only problem is my chest. It seems to be growing with this weird hole in the middle, i always assumed it would go away if i lifted more and got some meat on my bones. But it doesn't seem to be changing, i'm just getting bigger pecks on the side of my chest.
Any advice /fit? Or are my genes just sht

A lot of people don't have symmetrical chests and a lot of people have a chest gap including me. I wouldn't worry about it it's genetic and you can't change it.
