how many inches can you add to your arms in a year natty?
I've gone from 10.5 to 13.5 inches in a year, flexed hard. They still look like twigs though. How long will it take me to get 17 inch arms?

arm growth slows down massively once you're outside your first year of growth
i doubt you'll ever get over 16 -- that's if you even make it to 16.
i'd wager you put on some fat as well because honestly the idea of you putting on 3 inches of muscle seems hella unlikely in 12 months

If your arms started off at 10.5, i'm gonna say it will be VERY difficult to get up to 17. Thats the hand you were dealt.
That being said, your arms will continue to grow and look big, and even though they might not be 17 inches, they will still look big by proportion and shape.

You can gain arm size very fast if they are stick-looking.
2-3 inches in 1 year is insane progress. ( i doubt it was pure muscle, no fat)
But trust me when i say its all going to slow down when you hit 16 inches.
If you started with 10.5, you are going to reach 16 in 1-2 years. From there on it'll take another 2 years. ( CONSIDERING YOU ARE WORKING OUT HARD AND DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT, WHICH WILL PROBABLY NOT BE THE CASE).
