Hey /fit/. I've been doing reg parks for about 5 months now and I noticed that I've barely been seeing much gains lately. Is it time to move on to an intermediate routine? Also what is the best intermediate routine to do?

You can mvoe routine, but are absolutely not ready for a true intermediate routine, you should still be able to make linear progress

I think it works well for me, the most size increase I've seen has been in my shoulder and trap areas, but im still a fatty so I can't say much for other muscle groups. Nice trips btw
