To not be a cuck? Back muscles are best muscles. I have a pretty strong back and I consider it to be my best feature. Here's my routine on back day

>5x6-8 of the following, in order
>Weighted pullups
>T-bar rows
>Weighted neutral grip pullups
>Barbell bent-over rows
>Whatever kind of curls I feel like doing
>Hammering on a tire with whatever energy I have left

I'm on a permanent bulk right now.

you could put in some close grip chinups, supposedly they help with the lower half of the lats and would give your back a more triangular shape
