Anyone else lift to control their stress levels? I seriously can't sleep without lifting. It takes away any remaining energy I have left for the day
I don't lift at all. I just PT myself. Right now I'm trying to cut all the fat off and generally I'm only eating around 500-1000 calories a day. It's really not as bad as I thought.
