My TDEE is ~3400 calories. Hopping on the bulk train puts me up to near 4000. Cutting I can eat the average persons 2000 a day and still be at an over 1000 calorie deficit.

Started SL and went on a cut on 1500kcal, progress is good so far, my TDEE apparently is around 3500/3600. Is this too much ? It's not like I can build muscle while on a permacut, it's just about preserving some of what I have, is it easier to go fat>skinnyfat>ottermode>clean bulk and losing musle mass at first rather than cutting slower?

TDEE calculators inexplicably put me around 1900-2300 cals despite having a sedentary job (Though I do work out at least an hour 6 days a week, weightlifting + 10-30 minute cardio 5 days, 1 60 minute cardio day).

Been at it for a couple months now, haven't lost a pound. Granted, I got more muscle, but it doesn't seem like i've lost any fat at all. I highball all my caloric estimates too.

Average day of food
1/2 cup oats or 1 container plain greek yogurt 150-200 cals
1 Banana - 50 Cals
Spinach Salad w/1 egg, small bit of crumbled bacon, 1 serving olive oil dressing - 200
1 Chicken Breast - 300 Cals
1-2 cups broccoli - 100 calories
Misc other vegetable - 100 cals
1 Scoop protein shake in water - 150 cals
Total - 1100 cals

With the estimate that 3500 cals = 1lb of fat, I should have at least dropped a few by now. Even accounting for bad counts.

What am I doing wrong?
