What lifts were you doing?

Does ur arm hurt?
Any change in sensation in ur hand?
Is your hand cold to touch?

If not youve probs sprained something
If yes to the second 2 its an emergency

Dumb bell curls mainly, I did way to much weight for sure, no change in sensation, not cold either.

Ive been icing my elbow all day, swelling has only gone down an extremely small amount.

Sounds like a sprain or strain then.
Rest it, put ice on it, use a cold compress if possible and elevate it.
Take paracetamol or ibuprofen if you cant handle the pain
