I'm 5'7 and only have a TDEE of 2400 even with lifting 6 days a week PPL and I've been lifting for 4 years.

For me fucking up my calories is really bad because of my size.

Fucking lanklets need like 4000 cals to maintain so they can eat so much shit and get away with it.

I guess when in the height of a female I can't exactly expect to eat that much. Oh well, I've learned.

er, how much time do you spend lifting?

i'm the 5'3"er with a 2100 TDEE (most calculators give me 2200, but i play it safe i guess). lift for 2 hours every other day, run for 40ish minutes every other day. sedentary otherwise apart from walking to bus stops to get to work, where i stand around making food and sometimes sweep and shit.

That's how I feel until those occasional times when I sort of get in a trance and keep shoveling food down my gullet. My stomach feels tight how how good it is, but the food tastes good momentarily in my mouth and I continue to force the food down robotically.

I can almost always control these binges unless I'm in another state of mind (drunk, high...especially high).

you lift 6 days a week, so no, you're not.

at least find a calculator that asks you how many minutes per day you exercise. being sedentary outside of your exercise regime does not mean that you are sedentary overall.

Selecting 6 days or 4-6 hours of exercise puts my TDEE around 3300, total bullshit, I don't even come close to that yet I'm gaining weight.

but now I'm doing 1200/day that way I can eat a bit more and prevent myself from bingin'

I did it for 3 months in a row I weight 55kg now
so I think is no longer necessary to go that low so I opted to go 1200 still losing weight my goal is 50kg but is not that urgent anymore since I'm so close.

Initially I started off trying to eat some healthy stuff (chicken, greens, etc) but then I said fuck it and started shoveling down bags of chips, cookies, brownies, ice cream, donuts, etc. I felt so disgusting and lethargic and I was fucking sweating. Also my skin was pretty fucking oily for a few days after that. 3/10 wouldn't recommend.

The way I did it is that every time I felt hungry I drank a bottle of water, sometimes when we think we're hungry we're just thirsty, if I was still hungry then the water helped me feel full with less food, I'd usually eat 2 oz of tuna which was around 50 calories, 1 slice of whole grain bread which is 60 calories and cup of unsweetened soy milk which was 80 calories, repeat through the day so you always have something in your stomach instead of having one large meal.
also having more small meals increases your metabolism.
