I actually like planet fitness. I go there for the tanning and because it's closer to work. I also go to my real gym for squats and compounds.
Pf is cheap, good for beginners, people are nice, and I get hella mires for being one of the few decent bodies.
Plus free pizza once a month.

dont eat sugar before workouts, the crash mid-workout is not worth the initial benefits. it's like drinking energy drinks to stay awake, initially it seems like a great idea but if you dont keep on drinking more the crash will hit you hard and it would be better to not drink them in the first place.
