I have a slow cooker (AKA crock pot). How can I use it to get gainz?
Any other great recipes?
Can you even cook anything in those things without gravy? Honest question. I've never used one myself, but my parents have one and it seems like everything comes out of it soaked in grease and fat.

these are a couple of my favorites, and there are plenty more recipes on both of these sites.
Here's my full proof recipe.
Buy Pork. Cheap boneless pork. Or cheap boney pork, whatever. You can pick the bones out later.
Drop about 3-6 pounds of it in your crock pot. Buy a 2 liter of seven up or diet 7 up. Pour about half in, enough to just almost cover the meat.
Slow cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Tip the pot, optionally strain it to get all ththe juice and fat out.
Put pork in bowl. Shred with two forks. If bulking add BBQ sauce and stir. If not you're a faggot.

I do pork butts and shoulders in mine without any liquid all the time. Just make sure the fat cap is on the top so the juice and flavor run though the meat

Daily reminder that boiling is your friend!
Pretty much anything can be boiled for safe preparation. Chicken, turkey, some fish and pretty much all vegetables!
Practically live on this cooker since I dont have an oven in my apartment in Taipei. I usually wash chicken throw it in with some seasoning, and some frozen vegetables... go to work.. 8 hours later.. hot meal. Also makes great oatmeal.. plenty of recipes online. Allot healthier than reheating crap in the microwave.. after the time period you set is up.. it stays warm.

Massaman beef curry with chuck works well. Just find the right brand of slow cooker packet mix and enjoy a godtier bulk meal.
Can also do a lazy mans lasagne.
