Can I do beginner routine 12 hours sooner in the middle of the night or will I fuck up my natty gains? This is serious, need fast answers.

Also is there an exercise stretch that should be done before squatting to increase squat range?

That would be why you take melatonin, it helps get back to a normal cycle.

Seriously man, take some melatonin or drink some warm milk or something. It's a real pain to unfuck sleep cycles.

Do some bodyweight squats to warm up, then try picrelated to improve your squat range.
