I eat so healthy
and I workout 3 times a fucking week

If you go from zero carbs to eating a bunch of carbs, you will put on weight because the carbs cause you to retain water. You did not gain 10 lbs of fat, unless you ate an excess of 35,000 calories, which is probably more than 2 bowls of granola.

Also, have you thought... maybe your GENETICS SUCK? It's not GRANOLA'S fault, it's not your DIET, it's your GENETICS. I know a guy who eats NOTHING but PIZZA, RICE and ICE CREAM, and guess what? He's SHREDDED.

IT'S FUCKING GENETICS. Just FACE it, GENETICS matter MASSIVELY. You were obviously BUILT to carry lots of fat if you gained TEN POUNDS from just a bowl of GRANOLA, so you're pretty much FUCKED. Sorry, I know it sucks, but it's the WAY IT IS.

/fit/ and other fitness communities are convinced that genetics don't matter at all, and it's the BIGGEST LOAD OF BULLSHIT. Sure, work/exercise matters to an extent, but that extent is the size of an ATOM in comparison to the BEHEMOTH OF GENETICS. Some people were born to be smart, some to fight, and some to be lean year round. Unfortunately, you were born to gain weight easily. NO AMOUNT OF LIFTING WILL FIX IT.
