I somehow gained 10 pounds in like a week just because I ate a bunch of granola for the past while
this is bullshit
I eat so healthy
and I workout 3 times a fucking week
why does having fucking 2 big bowls of granola do this to me
its fucking granola
like I do so much to be healthy
like fucking 10 pounds
thats not even fucking reasonable
what the fuck am I supposed to eat for breakfast
1.stop eating processed foods
2.some of it is water retention
3.What are oats

Weight? Height? Body fat?
Wish I could gain 10 pounds in a week
>>36484496
Try granola
>>36484208
How many calories?
>>36484208
granola is insanely calorie dense, thats like the whole point of it.
> I ate a bunch of carbs coated in sugar and gained weight
no shit
>>36484453
14 stone, 174cm, idk
>>36484621
>14 stone
lol. what kind of stone? Like the ones Asterix was throwing at Romans? Anyway, part of that was probably water weight. Also there's a possibility you're just lying to yourself and you ate a lot more than that granola shit.

I school and work full time and have a social life and still hit the gym 7 days a week. You are never making it.
>>36484863
>thinks its good not having a rest day
>being this much of a try-hard newfag
>>36484208
You would've had to eat like 40 pounds of that shit to gain 10 in a week
>>36484723
OP
why do you
talk
like this
its really
fucking
annoying
>>36484723
So now ur like 185?
If you go from zero carbs to eating a bunch of carbs, you will put on weight because the carbs cause you to retain water. You did not gain 10 lbs of fat, unless you ate an excess of 35,000 calories, which is probably more than 2 bowls of granola.

>>36484208
>I'm op
>I eat so healthy
>except for the shit I eat that causes me to gain 10FUCKING POUNDS in a week

>is it the same reason I write like this
>is it my faggotry

STOP typing like you're from TUMBLR, PATHETIC BITCH.
Also, have you thought... maybe your GENETICS SUCK? It's not GRANOLA'S fault, it's not your DIET, it's your GENETICS. I know a guy who eats NOTHING but PIZZA, RICE and ICE CREAM, and guess what? He's SHREDDED.
Why?
>Exercise?
Nope. He doesn't do a lot of that.
>Macros?
Nope. He eats several thousand calories daily and doesn't gain weight.
>Oh! oh! I know, he must be taking a fat burner like DNP or cle-
IT'S FUCKING GENETICS. Just FACE it, GENETICS matter MASSIVELY. You were obviously BUILT to carry lots of fat if you gained TEN POUNDS from just a bowl of GRANOLA, so you're pretty much FUCKED. Sorry, I know it sucks, but it's the WAY IT IS.
/fit/ and other fitness communities are convinced that genetics don't matter at all, and it's the BIGGEST LOAD OF BULLSHIT. Sure, work/exercise matters to an extent, but that extent is the size of an ATOM in comparison to the BEHEMOTH OF GENETICS. Some people were born to be smart, some to fight, and some to be lean year round. Unfortunately, you were born to gain weight easily. NO AMOUNT OF LIFTING WILL FIX IT.
