Home office master race checking in. I eat whatever the fuck I want. Today I'm thinking smoked herring on eggs with avocado and some baked tomatoes.
>Saturday comes
>hit up grocery
>chicken and sweet potatoes
>both cheap as fuck
>boot up oven
>bake both at the same time, prep chicken however you want
>take out, let cool, put into containers
>suddenly have lunches for the entire week
Honestly don't understand how people have issues losing weight or eating healthy. It's so fucking easy. And it's sure as fuck cheaper than eating fast food.
After doing the math, I'm paying pennies a meal for lunches that are both delicious and nutritionally dense. And making said meals for an entire week takes less than an hour of my day.

i manage a small office, but its only like 5 hours a day. i tend to eat a piece of fruit (Generally an apple) that i dip in some peanutbutter in the morning.
then for lunch ill have another fruit like a peach or banana, or maybe some granola.

forgot the pasta, which ups the carbs significantly. also depending on fat ratio of the ground beef (you're probably not getting very lean stuff, which costs more, because you're a cheap shit using frozen vegetables) that's a fair amount of fat
