You are not really ever isolating your biceps though. There's also the brachialis and brachioradialis. I can't find any source on how the mass of those three muscles combined compare to the triceps though.

Its always been there tho. Its kinda genetic breh. Dont start bumpin up weight and doin curls with trash form chasin a biceo vein. Get low bodyfat first and see if it pops out

What you should be doing is focussing on mainly compounds. Then u can put all those muscle groups in 2 days. Then u can do that twice a week, make double gains, and even have 1 day to spare

I do a push pull so I do biceps at the end of the pull day, so after deads, chins, rows ect. If Im bored then i might go to the gym a 5th day during the week and do extra accessory work like forearms, biceps, and smaller exercises. But unless it's a one off thing I dont regularly have an arms day.
