Favourite: Chest & shoulders because of comfy form on bench and press.

Least: Legs because chronic knee pain from years of roofing (that's with religious stretching and glucosamine supplementation)

Shoulders or Biceps desu. I love "The Press" and curling is just mindless fun.

My least favorite is probably... chest. Nothing I do ever gets my chest pumped.

I love chinups for no specific reason (probably because I'm a slav) but pullups are much harder for me, I feel really tired after doing few of those

I like squats

least favorite: chest and shoulders
my rotator cuff is in pain when i bench/do dips/overhead press. I don't know if its injured or a muscle imbalance. Ive lowered my bench weight and corrected the form, but it still hurts. I havent benched in a week. fuck this

try handstand pushups. my upper pecs get pumped from OHP but my delts don't. tried handstand pushups, feel the pump in my delts and upper traps. gonna add pic related to weight routine

Try swimming. At least 500 yards, maybe twice a week. If you have decent stroke form and try to go as hard as you can in the water (not stopping at the wall every time), you should see some back gains.
