What does /fit/ eat for breakfast?

I eat pic related, but today i realized it has 20g of sugars every 100g. How bad is it? How much sugar can i eat every day? Myfitnesspal says i ate about 30-40g a day

Try Yogurt and a sugar free granola if you have to have cereal. Remember, granola is a condiment not a main course.

250ml milk
Microwave for 2.5mins to make porridge, (or in own until correct consistency of I'm not in a rush) stir in 1 scoop whey.
Topped with handful of seasonal fruits.

Cheap, tasty, easy, good macros.

my barometer for sugar in cereal is stuff like corn flakes which is 3g of sugar for 30g of cereal. 10% sugar is still quite a bit, but kid's cereals like cap'n crunch and frosted flakes are 30% sugar

your special k is 9g sugar at 31g serving. it's 30% sugar just like those garbage kid's cereals are. it does have more fiber and protein, but you could get something like kix which has the same amount of fiber and protein but has a third less sugar
