I've started doing a made up P/P/L routine for linear progression

I've started doing a made up P/P/L routine for linear progression like this

P: Barbell Row 5x5, Chinuos 5x5
P: Bench 5x5, OHP 5X5
L: Squat 5x5, DL 5x5

I also swim a kilometre or so freestyle every second day if I have the time.

Does anybody think this is sustainable?

Side question, my shoulders don't line up with my traps, what's that all about?

Also yes, it's sustainable on good calories, why not. Judging by your weight, height and stats your skinny fat though, so don't get overboard with them.

I know the pain. I went from 78kg to 85kg since September. The whole way I thought I kept being lean because I still have seen my abs and obliques, but then I realized my waist has gone from 80cm to 86, lol. Still, it was pretty successful bulk, I think.
