People think that because they take caffeine all the time that the heart things are easy to deal with. Nope.
For 9 months after using clen for 2 months in cycles my heart felt abnormal. Random episodes of very hard beating against my chest, skipping beats etc. It's scary stuff, for a couple of reasons. Not only because it's your damn heart, but also because changes in the heart rate causes release of adrenaline and triggers stress reactions throughout the rest of the body.
Also.
The heart is always aerobically respirating, clen can make the heart ANaerobically respirate. This stresses the cells and causes cell death, causing microscarring in the tissue of the heart walls
