I make this recipe in bulk and this is my dinner throughout the week. You can make 5 days worth of dinners or lunches with just 2lbs of chicken. I use a crock pot because its easy as fuck and I rarely have time to cook my meals

1. Put 2lbs of frozen skinless and boneless chicken breasts in crock pot (about 4-5 breasts)
2. Season breasts with your fav. seasonings, I like to use black pepper, garlic, and onion salt.
3. Dump 24oz of your fav. salsa over the chicken breasts
4. Cover crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours
5. After the chicken is done put a breast in a bowl/tupperware and shred it up

Now for the salad part
6. Place 1/4 cup (each) of finely shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over chicken (I use the Kroger brand that come in bags as they have a high protein/low carb ratio)
7. 3 cups of lettuce or however much you like for a salad
8. 1 cup of FAT FREE cottage cheese for dressing (very important that it's fat free, godtier macros, 130 calories, 26gP/6gC per cup)
9. 1 tsp of parmesan cheese
10. Mix it all up and enjoy

Obviously macros will vary depending on which brands of food you use. All of my cheeses, chicken breasts, and salsa are of the KROGER brand

Sharing a recipe for you bros:
Apologies if too vague at points.
>Spaghetti Squash pasta with bacon, feta and spinach:

1.) Preheat oven to bake at 350-375 degrees. Dice spaghetti squash into rings, scoop out guts and seeds leaving squash meat alone.
2.) Place squash rings onto a baking sheet lined with a layer of parchment paper.
3.) Baste squash rings with olive oil. Lightly sprinkle with black pepper.
4.) Place squash rings into the oven on a middle rack and let bake for 28-30 minutes.

5.) Remove squash and allow to cool for 10 minutes or until safe to handle.
6.) Dice 2 cloves of garlic finely, add to a skillet and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add 1/4 cup of diced bacon. On medium heat fry bacon and garlic till cooked and fragrant.
7.) Begin removing outer skin layer from your cooled squash. Should peel off easily. Shred the squash meat into spaghetti like strands with your hands and add squash to your garlic and bacon in the skillet.
8.) Add in 2 cups of spinach (can be baby spinach). Stir your Bacon/Garlic/Squash/Spinach mixture together on medium heat until spinach wilts down.
Add whatever seasonings you desire, but just pepper and a tiny amount of salt is perfect.
9.) Add in 1/3 cup of crumbled feta cheese. Stir together with your squash "pasta". Remove from heat and serve immediately. The cheese will melt in the hot squash.

Enjoy lads. Serve with chicken of any variety or eat this as a meal in and of itself.

I put on 17kg over the last 10 months or so. 75kg to 92kg @ 5'10". Now I'm beginning to cut.

Just standard intermittent fasting, nothing but meat, vegetables and milk. Seems to be going well.

I also rolled back the frequency of my lifting and added swimming in off days.

This is exactly what I do. I also brown up some ground beef or turkey and just toss it in a bowl with some salad mix/salsa.

I do put rice in most times but its a very small amount. Cutting has been so much easier when I started throwing everything in the same bowl and eating it as opposed to sectioning off my plate. IDK why but its easier to watch my portions and fill up on greens.

You can get filets that are 5 to 9 oz. If you're on a strict cut - where every calorie counts - I like to mash up some garlic and capers, add lemon juice to that, then rub it all over the fish. Spray down a cast iron pan with pam and then grill both sides for 4ish minutes.

Squeeze lemon juice on top, it's fantastic.

If your cut isn't so strict, just fry 'em up in a bit of olive oil or butter.

Dill/lemon/onion/capers/garlic/tapatio all go great with this fish. They make awesome fish tacos with a little salsa and some shredded cabbage with a vinegar/mayo dressing.

This is what I like to do but it can get a bit expensive at times.

Walk to nearest neighborhood walmart.
Grab one caesar salad.
Grab one rotisserie chicken.
Pay $9.34 for both fml.
Walk 20mins home.
Chicken has cooled down enough during the trip and immediately shred it.
Dump a few oz of it with casesar salad, add green onion and Louisiana hotsauce.
Mix and youre good to go.

1 month in, dropped 7-8 kilos so far as I finally decided I need to clean the fuck up and stop fucking around with my food. I found on my last cut that Intermittent fasting helps control the cravings a lot, so I drink a lot of coffee in the AM.

Been cutting at 1500 calories a day (5'3" grill with 2600 tde) and I've been having zero luck with recipes. Other than Base Scooby's recommended chicken meal. I'd love some more recipes from you anons that are quick and easy to make. I've got two jobs, so it's hard to find prep time for week long meals.

It's based of Scooby's calculations as well as my SHealth app. I've got my activity as moderate because I work two jobs that have me constantly on the move for 12+ hours total almost everyday, as well as whatever I do in the gym. I've definitely seen results. I've dropped 70 lbs lol. My issue is I have a lack of delicious recipes that help me with my cut. I tend to only eat once or twice a day (again two jobs no time) and it'd be nice to have easy recipes to take to work with me that don't take much time to make

I only eat 2500 on my lifting days and it seems to be working well. Just measure your weight, if it goes up by 0.5-1 lbs a week you're doing fine (clean bulk). I have set foods that I normally eat everyday, 2 chicken breast, mixed veggies, egg whites and bread etc. Anything else I have left I fill up my carbs using rice and fats using nuts.

I use these bad boys for the chicken (it's dutch but im sure you can get them where youre from aswell)

Basically you wrap the chicken in one of these and put it on a frying pan (no oil or whatever needed), it doesnt add much kcalories but makes the chicken so fucking delicious


The broccoli is just steamed man, i pour lime juice over them to make them actually edible

OK I guess. I'm losing weight incredibly slowly, but just got back into lifting and might be making the newbie gains.

On a 1200 kcal diet under TDEE which leaves me at 1800 a day which isn't bad.

I'm eating pretty much nothing but brotein, eggs, and stir fry. Getting pretty fucking good at stir fry now though, better than takeout. Pic related the dregs of the bottom of the tub.

Usually cook up 4 servings at a time and eat 2 a day. Making your own sauce is a world of difference.

Here's what I do for righteous breakfast.

>buy and make 2 family sized steamer bags of broccoli and the other potatoes

Cool all that shit up, dump it all into one pot, let it sit for a bit til all the heat comes off and it's semi cool.

I'm cutting on 1,700 calories and doing IF.

That chicken salsa salad is 1of 2 meals I eat nearly every day of every week, the other meal being chicken/turkey breast+veggies, and greek yogurt/cottage cheese, which usually comes to around 3-400 calories. So my 2 meals usually come out to be around 1,000 calories, and the rest of my calorie intake is mostly protein shakes and fruit/veggies.

I'm interested to hear what you're cutting on if you actually think I'm "fucking around" on my cut lol

About a gallon of water/plain unsweet iced tea.

That, plus 30-45 minutes of HIIT/Plyo/Cardio circuits and i've gone from 184 to 154 since the middle of january, with some setback for special occasions.

So, by all means, continue eating your chicken salad and shit. Not everyone can cut aggressively. Everyone has to go their own pace.
